Primero una tranquila entrevista con recursos humanos de 45 minutos donde además te explican amablemente cómo funciona la empresa, la forma de promocionar, tema de sueldo, horario, formación...
Más adelante una breve y distendida charla con un socio de unos 20 minutos con básicamente las mismas preguntas que en la primera entrevista.

Interview
The interview process was with one of the Company´s Partners and the HR person. They were very kind and smooth during the interview and with the questions they asked. They gave a lot of time to speak and they focused a lot in career perspective, which I thought it was good.
