Fill out application ON LOCATION, you may not take it and bring it back. There is a mouth-swab drug test done on-site.Two forms of ID are required. There is a background check for most companies and you must pay $25 (either upfront or they offer to take it out of your first check.) It will most likely be a group interview/orientation. You will receive a photo ID at time of hire that allows you access the warehouse/company where you are placed.
