A recruiter reached out to me regarding a job they were advertising. We spoke on the phone, emailed back and forth and then the recruited stopped responded to me. I asked for an updated and the recruiter viewed my email and chose not to respond. I found this very unprofessional, as recruiters like these contribute to the bad reputation that recruiters have. They also refused to disclose the company offering this job, however, a quick google result gave me the answer. This a cheap tactic that recruiting companies use to box in job-seekers so they cannot apply on their own. Overall, NextWave Resources is a bad company that hires bad recuiters.
