NextFlex interview questions

The interview itself seemed to go fairly well- recruiter on zoom, then in-person with client. The hiring manager had a few standard questions about experience on contracts, government reporting, and specifics. Then met with teammates who I'd be working with. They were hesitant and a bit afraid to answer my questions. Thought nothing of it as perhaps had not interviewed a lot of candidates. Was brought in as a contractor almost immediately. Found out that many staff were churned and burned , and in fact one person was fired in front of our entire team. Could not RUN AWAY from the company and the toxic culture quickly enough! Was fortunate to find another role and give notice.....

Was rejected after 4 rounds over the course of two months. Sadly, the 4th wasn’t even to be the last round. Interviewers we’re extremely pleasant, though I began to suspect something was amiss after an offer didn’t follow round 2 like I had been initially told, or after round 3, and when I was told that round 4 would be a precursor to a 5th round. Rejection email held zero constructive feedback which felt warranted after such an involved interview process.
