We are taking your feedback very seriously and did some forensic investigation to see where the communication breakdown may have happened. While we love bringing highly-skilled talent to the Spokane area, we were very clear that at this point in the interview cycle, we would be conducting a video interview and we sent you instructions on which video conference service you would need to download. Suffice to say, we were surprised to see you in-person as well as impressed by your initiative and action. And, once we decided to go with another great candidate, we did send you an email to discuss the process as well as offered reimbursement with relevant receipts. Our offer for reimbursement still stands and we wish you the very best in your next job.
