The interview began with a brief self-introduction, followed by a short English test consisting of 1–2 questions, such as describing strengths and weaknesses, explaining the motivation for applying to the position, and sharing knowledge about the company. The manager also asked a few practical questions, including whether I live far from the office and how much I know about tax.
Depending on the candidate’s academic background, there may be additional technical questions. In my case, as someone with a background in accounting, I was asked: “Which account would you use to review revenue figures?”
