Question 1
Tell us about a difficult time youve had to show leadership
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Newtrax (Montreal, QC) in Apr 2018
Interview
It was a phone call for 45 min then a group interview, then they ask me to come again for an official interview with the manager that was on vacation when I came the first time. when I showed up during my lunch break in the traffic and couldn't find parking... came on time, the manager did not know i was supposed to meet him, HR didn't give him the msg... he told me he was busy and asked 2 questions and was looking at his watch while I was answering. It was extremely disrespectful. And again they called me at work and they told me they had a couple of quick questions on the phone and that it would take 5 min with HR. The last phone called lasted 45 min and I was outside in the cold since I did not my current employer to listen to my interview!!! a few days later I got the offer
