When they visited my college, I submitted my resume. Upon reviewing my resume, they called me back for the initial interview the day after the Career Fair. Later, they informed me that they wanted to do a second phone interview. After the phone interview (2-3 weeks) they called me back with an offer.

It was a simple 30 minute interview with one of the associates. Normal behavioural questions were asked. It was very standard with most behavioural quesitons. It went very well, the HR recruiter was very nice.
