Got contacted 1 month after applying. There were 3 rounds of interviews with different people in the company which I completed (the 4th was supposed to be final one with the CEO but never made it there). 1st interview I got asked my age which is prohibited during an interview. 2nd interview went well. 3rd interview was similar to the second one, but had to answer some additional follow questions. However, after sending back my answers to the follow up questions, I got ghosted.
