The interview process took 5 minutes but the waiting part took 20 minutes. While waiting I remember seeing a dog walk out and music so loud I could barely hear the secretary. I wasn't sure who I was talking to but it was the owner. Office is not bad on the outside but the behavior inside destroyed it's appearance. If this is an example of how they work I am very worried about their performance.

10 mins out of which 6 minutes I blasted them for calling me for an interview. There is loud music playing in the background. The place is deserted and far away. Don't go!!!

Interview
The job description for the posting was completely different from the position that they discussed during the interview. They purposely misled the nature of the role but making it seem like it was customer service when in fact it was door-to-door sales. There are people that are interested in sales jobs and you should explain that the role requires direct sales in the job posting. The job was completely different and therefore a complete waste of my time to drive there for the interview.
