First round interview was a 30 minute Zoom call with assorted staff, seemed like they were reading from a script. Generic questions about library experience -- didn't exactly match job description.

Interview
I applied online and was called for an interview 2 weeks later. I interviewed with 4 individuals in various positions with the library. I was given a brief overview of the library and what each of the interviewers responsibilities were. The interview was short (about 40 min), unintimidating and I felt at ease.
