It was a short and quick interview that less than 10 min.The manager explained who are they and what they do. Next, she asked what am I ok with the working schedule (Mon-Fri 11-19, Sat also) and how fast can I work. Then, she told me to tell about myself and asked whether I do sports because she said the people who do sports are more competitive. We didn't talk about the insurance or compensation package because she told me it will discuss in the second round... and need to be there at 9:30 next day. To the end... from what I feel, the company is doing direct so I declined the second round interview.
