Behavioral Interviews focuses on your past experiences, problem-solving abilities, and why you’re interested in the consulting field. Expect questions about your resume and hypothetical scenarios. This stage lasts about 45 minutes to an hour.

Tell me about a time when you had to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. How did you prioritize your tasks, and what strategies did you use to stay organized? & Describe a time when you were faced with an ethical dilemma at work. How did you handle the situation, and what was the outcome? Are examples
Presentation to panel of leaders who had vacant roles (inventory posting). The presentation had a strict time limit, I was sent the presentation requirements a few days in advance. Each had follow up questions at the end of the presentation, all were reasonable. Done via video (ie zoom or Teams)
