My interview process was phenomenal. In a time that has seen a particularly challenging job market (i.e. most of 2022 and 2023), the interview process at New Breed stood out as truly exceptional on its own, and especially compared to other interview processes I experienced. I had an initial introduction to their Lead Talent Strategist, Tricia, early in 2023 and we had a great conversation about what I was looking for in my next role. At that particular time the career move I was trying to make wasn't fully aligned. I reached back out later in the year, about 6 months later, and we had a great conversation reconnecting. At this point in time what I was looking for in my next career move was aligned with an open position. I went through three rounds of interviews in total - One with the Lead Talent Strategist, one with the Hiring Manager, and one with two senior members of the RevOps Team. Throughout the entire process, Tricia was incredibly responsive/timely, communicative, and transparent. There was never a moment that I felt I didn't know what was going on and she was always open to questions through the process. It's clear that New Breed cares deeply about the candidate experience in their recruiting efforts.
