I had one phone screen, one in person with the hiring manager, one with the COO, and one with the guy I was replacing (previous head of IT) and a junior developer.

Question 1
N-tiered solutions and how they are designed. A little bit about microservices. Some questions about extension methods, multithreading, how APIs work, basic HTTP requests.
I was also asked about securities and encryption but it was mainly my philosophies on handling issues.
