Super straight forward. Ask normal behavioral and want to understand your technical background. Just be yourself and you will be fine! The job requires a lot of walking around the plant, so make sure you are looking for a job that requires hands-on experience!

Interview
On site interview took about two hours total. I met with the HR person and then later the R&D staffs. I have no problem with their interview process at all. I got an offer couple weeks later. I then accepted the offer. I sent in my paperwork and salary information, everything was all good until right before I graduate, I got an EMAIL FROM THEM saying JK my position/offer is RETRACTED. They did not even bother to call me. I left them two voicemails and bunch of emails, I got screwed over really badly by them since I rejected my other offer. Very unprofessional behavior. On the bright side, I am glad I did not have to work for a company like this..
