Interview process spanned across 2 months, interviewing with over 5 employees (remotely) from various departments in relation to the role, in addition to 1 in person meeting / interview. The process was fairly smooth but for how large the company is, it was at times long and without any timeline updates. The talent procurement manager did gift me free tickets to their sister museum Fotografiska for the time lost which was a nice gesture. I didn't receive an offer for the position, and was told I was "overqualified", but the VP was "interested in me filling a more senior global position"... of which never happened. The talent manager never even followed up with me on this after multiple follow ups. Very disappointing considering how much time and energy went into this process.
