Three step process. First, a phone call with a director. Second call with another director. They flew me to their corporate office for a full day of interviews - eight face to face interviews including one with the CEO.

Interview
Met with the sales team lead for 10 mins then sales manager for 15-20. He then explained to me the sales process and quota. He said I would be one of his top performers but did not hire me.
