1. First interview with the CMO. It was really nice, he asked if I'm familiar with PPC and SEO and about my skillset with vlookup and pivot tables on excel. He also asked where I see myself in 5 years, and why I want to leave my job. At the end of the interview, he told me I passed, which I wish other companies could learn from instead of making you wait weeks. He also mentioned I was a strong candidate which is amazing to hear immediately.
2nd interview.
Met with the SEO and Portals Manager. Asked similar questions as the interview before. He also asked how long I'd stay at the company if hired. He asked if I could speak about an achievement that I'm proud of. He mainly wanted to know about my technical skills and went over a list of programs that the company uses, and asked about my familiarity with them. Overall, nice vibe. As with with the previous interview, he immediately let me know I passed and told me next steps.
3. Take home task. I was given 3 hours to answer 5 questions on excel each with subsections. Some analytical questions, pivot tables, user flows etc.
3rd ineterview-HR: She was really nice and we really got along. Felt it went well. Asked about every line on my CV, and my aspirations to be a manager.
I was rejected a week later. Overall, good experience.
