Interview
Interview process was not very process intensive. I was notified of the opportunity through an existing employee. I forwarded a copy of my resume to HR. Within 24 hours I received a communication from HR requesting my availability to interview. That same week I met with the Senior Management / Executive team for a 75 minute interview. HR followed up with me within 24 hours and invited me to come back for a second interview with an Executive who was not available for the first meeting. Start of process to offer letter was about 8 business days.

For the position that I was being hired for, the questions were not complicated, as the inquiries centered around vision and past success in key management areas.
