3 days at KCMH, with overall amazing experience. Instead of being a number on a sheet or one of many in a group, the length they will go to call you by name and remember your face is exceptional. Interviews are broken up into 3 parts. Sim, Non pilot, and pilot. Sim evaluation is very similar to the other reviews, and I have heard there are some differences with pilot and non pilot interviews, but overall stress free and straight forward.
