Had 3 interviews including one with the CEO and then was just ghosted. I feel like at that stage I at least deserved an email that I was not selected but instead I wasn’t given any information. They interview you like they are trying to find fault with you.

Interview
Had three total interviews. The first two were great - an initial screening with HR/Recruiting, and then another with the Marketing Manager and Director, all virtual. I was then invited to a third round interview in person, only to be blindsided by a surprise test. I was asked to look at mock data, analyze it, and present everything, with only 30 minutes to prepare. I was also told I could use any “tools” I needed, although I was unaware that included literally googling things I wasn’t sure of. That being said, it did not feel great to be surprised like that, put on the spot, and have weaknesses exploited. I also think it is a very poor example of a candidates capabilities and potential. I then waited 2 weeks to get a follow up after reaching out 3 times asking for an update only to be told “we are going in another direction.”
