Interview
I went through several rounds of interviews and was one of the final candidates for the position. However, I never received a phone call or email letting me know they had filled the position. It seemed like a good company and a good team, unfortunately they have a severe lack of consideration towards job applicants.

Why are you interested in working for NetDocuments?
I spoke with the hiring manager several months ago. After a good phone conversation, I never heard back. The job was recently reposted, so I applied again. The same hiring manager contacted me for another phone interview.
I let him know that we had actually spoken previously, and that I was excited for the call. Even though it was scheduled, he never called me. I wrote a follow-up email in case he'd like to reschedule, but was met with silence.
Very disappointed how NetDocuments does business. They seemed very cool, but I find this behavior unacceptable.
