Question 1
Why did I think I was a good position for Nestle?
Had to give scenarios of different situations that I encountered during my career experience.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Nestlé USA in Jun 2018
Interview
3 interview rounds: first round was a phone call with HR. 2nd round was a phone interview with a sales manager. 3rd round is in-person with the sales manager. They don't ask any excessively difficult questions. It's pretty much common sense and showing how your past/current work experience makes you the best candidate for the role.
It was extensive and I had to interview with several people.
It took several months but eventually they got back to me. It's a great job with many perks (company car, flex hours, travel) and they do a good job telling you the benefits.
