I applied online. I interviewed at Nestlé USA (Eau Claire, WI) in Sep 2025
Interview
Phone call with HR. Lack of information on my title. I was not ready at the moment. I accepted my wrongful answers to some questions. All I need is a second interview to demonstrate my capabilities to be part of Nestle, USA
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Nestlé USA (Laurel, MD) in Jul 2013
Interview
After applying for the position, application was initially rejected, even though manager had recruited me for the position. The next day, a recruiter called and said he had made a mistake by rejecting the application, and then requested to schedule a phone interview. After passing the phone interview, was scheduled for an onsite interview with those that were current supervisors, and it would then be the manager and regional manager. The interview was basic behavioral questions, but after taking over hiring while in the role, I discovered that there is little training or alignment for the interviews, instead the site would bring a number of prospective applicants in to make the appearance that they were giving due consideration, although almost all times, someone had been identified prior who the managements wanted to fill the role. The onsite interviews are never ontime, and the entire culture of the site accepts constant deliquency.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nestlé USA (Baltimore, MD) in Mar 2013
Interview
Phone screen from recruiter, f2f interview with some team members, follow-up with recruiter via phone; if they felt it was a good cultural fit, they will forward you to a f2f with hiring manager. Overall straight forward process, but can be daunting.
