Applied online and automatically received a preliminary interview with the CEO. I was asked to complete a Myers Briggs test and send them the results. They focused a lot their questions on my personal story rather than discussing my practical skills. I understand that this is a small startup and the CEO is very close with everyone, but I was honestly a little caught off guard.

Interview
The interview was okay, I just felt that Vanessa could've asked questions that were relatable to the job role instead of my personal life. Also, I researched the hell out of the company and remained composed of the interview. I know I'm not perfect but maybe I could've been considered for a second interview.
