I was introduced by mail to the boutique manager by a friend of mine. I sent my CV directly and an appointment for an interview was made. (normally a step before was made, to have an interview with a recruiter at a bureau). The interview was positive (with topics like brand identification, with what brands I identify myself, what I think about the strategy of Nespresso, etc). A second interview with the manager of all boutiques in the Benelux followed with almost the same questions (crosscheck I guess).

Application
I applied online. I interviewed at Nespresso (Glasgow, Scotland)
Interview
It was a pretty easy and relaxing interview. I was given a tour of the shop and then asked questions about what I know about Nespresso, their brand ambassadors, and their “ICAN” logo. I was also asked general questions about myself and the role I was in at the time.
Interview was pretty easy. Standard questions, friendly. Phone screening was also nice and set clear expectations of the next steps. No out of the ordinary questions, few scenario based questions.
