Applied for the role and received an email about a week later asking me to complete an assessment that “would take 20-30 minutes”. This is a lie- there were several rounds to this assessment and it took much longer. After it was complete, I then received an email 5 days later declining to move forward. They completely removed the human piece of their hiring process and expect people to spend their time doing assessments just to get rejected later. What a disappointing process.
