      Customer Success Interview

      Feb 5, 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Atlanta, GA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Nerdio (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2026

      Interview

The process is bulky. Personality and Wonderlic, HR, Hiring Manager, Team member, another manager, then Director/VP. After a week I finally received a rejection email, canned of course. I then reached out to my contact at Nerdio and was told the hire based on unanimous vote. I received great feedback from everyone except the VP. Any company that hires via unanimous vote is hiring from a place of fear and it shows that leadership has no confidence in who they have hired to run the company.
