Interview
The interview process is highly dependent on the position that you are applying for. The good thing is that they will tell you up-front what that looks like. In my case, the recruiter overseeing the process, Penny Stevenson, was extremely helpful, kind, and always there to answer any questions that I had. I assume that is the case with all the other internal recruiters of the company.
It was by far the best interview process that I have experienced in my adult life.

Great and very efficient hiring process! Took less than 3 weeks from the initial meeting to signing the employment contract!
I got to speak with quite a few current employees and it became apparent quite quickly that Neo4j has a great company culture.
Everyone I spoke with during my interviews was incredibly friendly, passionate, and knowledgeable.
