The interview at neo financial was quite an easy one. I had cleared screening, HR round, technical assessment. Once I completed my technical interview, the way the interviewers responded was like they are about to hire me. All the question and answering, communication was good throughout the interview. Then after two days, I got a mail saying that they had chosen a better candidate. This was a totally bad experience for me after attending this although I had attended several interviews throughout my career.
