The recruiter screen and hiring-manager rounds were professional, The final round included a VP. That stage was more observational — the hiring manager led the questions while the VP mostly listened, which is fine, but candidates should know the final round can feel less interactive than the earlier ones. Ultimately wasn't selected, but you can expect a respectful, well-organized process with quick communication throughout which is not the case elsewhere
