I was contacted by the company recruiter over LinkedIn messages, followed by a phone screen by a Sr. recruiter. I then had an in person interview with the HR manager, which was a pleasant and friendly experience. The questions centered around my previous sales experience, soft skills, and future plans. Nothing too out-of-the-blue. I got the decision quite quickly, and the onboarding team members were prompt with the paperwork, license transfer, banking etc. The product and sales training provided by the learning & development team was outstanding. Overall, a great experience.
