Very bad and unrespectful experience. First got an email from the HR and I scheduled an interview call on her calendar based on the instructions. After scheduling I wrote a follow up email, expressing I have scheduled the call, confirming everything is good on both ends - no response from the HR at all. At this point, I’m telling myself it’s understandable as the HR doesn’t have to reply. The most ridiculous thing is on the interview day, literally 15 mins before our scheduled time, I received an email saying they already found their candidate for this role and the offer has been granted and accepted, so they will cancel my interview. I feel I’m not respected on my time and efforts, as well as an individual. The two and only two emails sent from them seem like a templated robots without any emotional or humane touch inside of it - also makes me wonder what an agency it would be in real life. Overall, very negative experience.
