3 interviews with a sample project, it was very lengthy, unmanaged and not foreseeable. You wouldn't now who are the interviewer/s, or what's the domain of questions. I had 2 one to one interview with two different team leads which I never understood why happened. The person who was responsible for managing the sessions was not from human resource department and was the the CTO's secretary.
