Interview
It was an introductory telephone interview that lasted about 15 minutes. Not a lot of information about the job was shared because the person I spoke with was not the specific job supervisor.
Really great interview process. They gave the opportunity to interview people already in your position which was unique and interesting. I think the interview process is more on you and what you ask more so than what they ask of you.

Interview
Phone screen, video interview, in-person interview.
Interview with Senior staff took more of a conversational route, with lots of room to converse about the questions and different situations. They were very open to questions about the job, and very friendly and professional.
Interviews went well but post-interview I never heard from them again. No rejection, just completely ghosted despite reaching out to both HR and the interviewers. This was around the beginning of COVID-19, but I would still expect some response.
