Had a panel of three people for the interview. Two weeks after the interview job shadowed. Didn't hear anything for three weeks. Attempted to call HR to get clarification, but never heard back.

Interview
It moved quickly. HR representative guided me quickly through process, but I wish manager had more of a say in salary. Everyone was friendly and professional. I would recommend working at this hospital.

Two days after applying I received a phone call from the recruiter, had a brief 10 minute pre-interview. Offered a formal interview with manager/educator. Had a tour of unit, then interview. Awaiting call back.
