Interview
Wasn't really a process, you apply and they invite you for an "interview." It wasn't even an "intereview", they just have you take a typing test and have you shadow a current employee. Then they ask if you feel like this is a right fit for you.

Interview
There really wasn't anything special about the process. They sit you with someone (preferably someone who takes the most pay but absolutely messes up payments more than 70% of the time) and then they interview you which is short and sweet. Not even much so an actual hiring process but a "come on in because we're definitely in need of filling a seat"
