The process was straightforward, it's a two-step process consisting of a phone interview to screen out the candidates. Then it is followed by an in-person interview if you have been selected from the phone interview.

I got my interview from meeting two members at my schools career fair. Set up an online interview that same week. Very laidback interview. Discussed what I’d like to do in the future and my school involvement as well as my interests.
I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Naval Air Systems Command (Provo, UT) in Sep 2023
Interview
Relaxed and chill. Was not a technical interview(1st interview). Sat down in person and talked. They just wanted to get to know me and would later reach out if they felt it was the right fit.
