Phone screen with the VP chatted about tech and my experience then invited on site for a four hour interview with five people on the team. First round I was asked to build a shopping cart in React. Second round was centered around data structures, algorithms and problem solving. Third round was centered around architecture and system design. Fourth and fifth round was with VP and CTO.
The day after, I received a phone call from the recruiter that Nature Box loved me and that the VP would be extending me an offer. Waited around for two days then was told that I won't be getting an offer because it was given to someone else.
During the interview they speak of culture and a family type of environment yet they lead their candidates on, tell them they are going to extend offers then several days later, burn you by giving offers to other candidates. The entire process was a total waste of my time and I'm glad I didn't receive an offer because their true colors showed and it would have probably been a terrible experience working there.
