I waited for 2 hours sitting still, looking at the monitor waiting for the admin to get in, I just watched a demo lesson on youtube then suddenly the admin gets in and said hello. My response was just a second late and the admin immediately disconnected the demo. I was directed to retake the demo. What a waste of time. The admin handling the demo has no consideration at all.
