Question 1
Nothing was difficult, just unexpected. People who didn't ever work as a project manager or have an idea what it was interviewed you most of the time. Their questions were often off base due to their lack of knowledge.

Interview
Disheveled process. Told them my salary needs in advance. Went through process and was verbally offered a job at a 15% less salary than my minimum. Why would they waste the time? Told them thanks but no thanks. They called 2 days later and offered me my salary minimum. They said they would email the offer. Never did. They left a voicemail at a time they knew I would not be available to answer. Said that they felt uncomfortable with the salary. Extreme time wasters
