National Transportation Safety Board interview questions

This was heavy in the USA Jobs application process. Had to fill out the USA Jobs application, supply a federal resume through that system, but then answer the NTSB specific questions and KSA's as well. VERY intensive, also had to supply supporting documents for required qualifications. The screening and federal jobs oversight of the entire process at the Washington DC HR office was the absolute worst. Now, one year after submitting the application, they still have not done anything with the actual USA Jobs application, and took everything closed-doors to hire someone under the table, against federal hiring procedures.

The interview process was simple and neat; The interviews were punctual, and the interview was well planned. It took 1 hr. Lot of tech questions, gave a lot of time to think and answer. 4 persons in panel.
