National Student Leadership Conference interview questions

It felt like a conversation, with an effort to get to know how I perform in high-stress situations. I learned later that they already had a team motto in mind and were interviewing to fit that motto. I believed that help them have a team that worked well together and had a positive attitude.

I had two interviews (one with the program director, followed by one with the site director). The first interview mainly covered program-specific experience and teaching experience. The second interview consisted of multiple NSLC scenario questions.
