I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at National Security Agency in Oct 2022
Interview
The interview was done through HireVue. Had to record video responses to about 14 questions. No option to redo any responses. Felt very impersonal and it took about 5 months to find out their decision. I actually had to check my NSA portal to find out that I was not selected for the position. No email sent. Nothing to notify me. I think I dodged a bullet on this one. Just be aware of how long the selection process is and always check the status of your application in the portal because communication with applicants and within the organization is lacking

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at National Security Agency (Laurel, MD) in May 2024
Interview
Submitted application. Response email with links to a new virtual video questionnaire. Im not a fan of this interview format. Would prefer phone calls and in person interviews. Job posting was vague and all over the place technically.
