Since its a co-op it was mostly just getting you in the door. This was right before the pandemic so I had declined the job because I would have had to relocate to maryland. I submitted an application and had background processing done and was flown to maryland to do job processing.

Applied online and talked to booth at career fair. Was invited for on-campus interview the following day. Mostly behavioral questions about resume and how you work in a team environment. The background process is incredibly extensive. Took 7 months from time of application. I'm still waiting to hear if I passed the background investigation. Don't apply if you are under a tight deadline to get a job.
