Incredibly long and drawn-out process that was ultimately both fruitless and demoralizing. Over the course of a month and a half, I was asked to come to the museum to meet different team members three different times and was verbally offered the job multiple times in person and via email and text. I was told that an offer letter "was coming", and that I would be happy with the salary offer. After after inquiring multiple times, was finally sent a super vague rejection email from HR.
