I applied online. I interviewed at National Library Board in Apr 2026
Interview
Virtual interview conducted via teams, which went smoothly overall. The entire session lasted about 25 minutes and was well-paced. The interviewers were professional and structured in their approach, taking turns to ask questions.
The questions asked were fairly predictable and focused on past experience, handling of scenarios, and understanding of the role.
The overall atmosphere was neutral and straightforward, without much informal conversation, still respectful. It felt like a standard competency-based interview.
At the time of writing, I am still pending updates from HR regarding the outcome or next steps.
I applied online. I interviewed at National Library Board (Singapore)
Interview
After submitting my resume, they sent me a document where I was supposed to do some social media (think Instagram) post designs + their captions. Afterwards it was the interview, was interviewed by the manager and members of the team. Surprisingly did not ask me about my pre-interview assignment, more so about my experience as well as how I were to handle the job if I were an intern.

Interview
They were very friendly and welcoming during the interview! Might require some experience for certain areas of librarianship but seems like a very nice place to work in if given the opportunity.
