National Laser Institute interview questions

Came in for a brief interview and met with the CEO. He fired off a bunch of questions, with no actual direction. Doesn't care to look at your resume or care for any formal communication. Texted me the next night asking me to come in for a second interview during the day, which was pretty unprofessional in my opinion. Came in for the second "interview" and he had me interview with the Operations Coordinator/Director, who I would have been reporting too. I am 99.9% positive this person was his son who graduated less than a few months ago. The second "interview" consisted of the same questions with no actual direction either. I couldn't tell if they wanted me to interview them or if they knew everything they needed to know. I sent a follow up/thank you email the next day, reached out by the end of the week and heard nothing back at all. The CEO of this company completely ghosted me after bringing me in twice. A blessing in disguise though, don't want to work for a company so unorganized and unprofessional.

Short interview on my background and position. Asked to come back to meet CEO at an event that night. Asked to helped set up part of event, then asked to do some writing samples, sent them next day, never heard back.
