First the company arranges an introduction call where you discuss your skills and experience generally.
A few days after there is a manager interview which is more in depth and includes about seven experience based questions in addition to a ‘sell me’ question.

Very easy and calm. The manager made me feel comfortable and connected with me. I got the job the next day. He also explained the expectations and metrics as well
